Making a claim At Westland, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service to our customers is our goal. To live up to that reputation, we're working to make claims processing quicker and more efficient. Westland offers claims assistance 24-hour, 7 day-a-week. During normal business hours, please call your local Westland office (except for ICBC Auto claims). After hours, please refer to the directory below.
Claims are best reported by telephone, however, if you wish you may also e-mail us at claims@westland-insurance.com for non-emergency claims and we will contact you during normal business hours. |
