At Westland Insurance we have been around long enough to know that one claim is not necessarily like the next. However, One thing is certain - we give every claim the same attention. In order to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, we have developed a formal Claims Philosophy with which each of our adjusters is totally familiar.

 

To exceed the insured’s expectations at the time of loss, and including but not limited to:

  • Settling claims as speedily as practical.
  • Treating insureds with courtesy and respect at all times.
  • Keeping all claims information confidential.
  • Settling claims as fairly as possible within the terms of the policy.
  • Assisting our insureds as best as possible during a time of crisis and stress.
  • Always take the attitude of "How can we pay this claim".
